In August 2003, Rebecca
Schoonmaker took a Raku clay workshop with Elizabeth Nields.
At the close of all of Elizabeth's summer workshops, a Celebration
was held at her studio in Gilbertsville, NY. Everyone who participated
in the workshops showed their work. Rebecca made tiles which
were displayed in the far barn. The turn out to the celebration
was as excellent as the people who Rebecca met while taking
the workshop. Below are the 6 tiles Rebecca made and displayed.
